Word has been received of the death of Bonnie Rock Myers, age 62 formerly of Saranac Lake and currently of Largo, Florida who died on Monday October 15, 2012 in Largo.
Born in Saranac Lake, NY on April 9, 1950 she was the daughter of Jean Walton and Raymond Rock.
Bonnie attended and graduated from Saranac Lake High School in 1968. She is a long time resident of Largo, FL and was a member of the Women of the Moose, Crystal River Chapter 1434. Bonnie was an avid bowler, faithful Yankees Fan and especially loved living on the Gulf of Mexico.
She is survived by two daughters Shannon Reyner of Castleton, NY and Kristen Kidder of Wilton, NY, one step-son Michael Myers of Ravenna, NY, four grandchildren, Daniel and Kelsey Reyner and Britney and Kaitlyn Kidder, two sisters, Linda Woodard and her husband Edmund of Saranac Lake and Marie Rock of Beverly Hills, FL, one brother Raymond Rock of Saranac Lake and many nieces and nephews.
Private funeral services will take place at the convenience of the family. Friends wishing to remember Bonnie may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society of the Ame4rican Lung Association in care of the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home, 20 Church Street, Saranac Lake, NY 12983.
