Dr Edward Livingston Trudeau’s Autobiography is Getting a New Look

Now in it’s 5th publication, an Autobiography of Dr E. L. Trudeau is getting a face-lift with the help of two supporters of Historic Saranac Lake.  Mary Hotaling speaks in the John Brown Room at the Saranac Laboratory of Dr Trudeau during the Historic Saranac Lake Annual Meeting.  In her presentation, Mary tells a story of how they hope to create a new, larger version of the autobiography to include new pictures and pieces of history designed to help the reader place Dr Trudeau in the locations he talks about in his writing.

Maps, for example, and older news clippings. Caroline Welsch is working with Hotaling to develop the new publication of the Autobiography. The Autobiography of Dr Edward Livingston Trudeau, set to be published again for the 6th time in it’s revised larger form in 2015 to mark the 100 year anniversary of his death in November of 1915.
