LaScala lives in Tupper Lake with his wife Amanda and says he is concerned for the kids in the region.. She faces a challenge from 2 opponents in November in the newly redrawn 115th Assembly District which includesClintonandFranklinCountiesplus 4 towns in St. Lawrence County. One Opponent, Conservative Party candidate Karen Bisso, a teacher at Plattsburgh High School, is asking Duprey to participate in a town hall style debate in Malone next week and Democrat Tim Carpenter, a Plattsburgh City Councilor, has already signed on to the debate.. All Three candidates present differing points of view when it comes to raising funds for local initiatives.. We asked Karen Bisso to give us her feel for the North Country Regional Economic Development Council..
