Recently, Heb Clark was honored by the Adirondack Mountain Club for his achievements in becoming the first person to hike the 46 high peaks about 4,000 feet in the Adirondacks. Chief Says “Table the Frequency Sharing”

The Village of Saranac Lake is headed to a work session to mill over a request by Franklin County Emergency Services to share a radio frequency with the Saranac Lake Volunteer Fire Department.. Brendan Keough is Saranac Lake’s Fire Chief … he asked the board to table the motion to allow for further discussion.. Rick Yorkey spoke to the board saying his email was opposed to the concept of sharing a radio frequency with Paul Smith’s Gabriels. The board Tabled the decision until the next board meeting.
