Another hearing set for today on what went wrong with the roll-out of the healthcare.gov website. New York Congressman Bill Owens says when it comes to the websites handling of Obamacare, there are some that are doing better than others.. Congressman Owens told us he’s been to the New York site, the DC site, and others and the Healthcare.gov website wasn’t working. He added that although there should have been notification of the expected problems, if you’ve ever built a computer program, or website, some problems are not a-typical of a new project. Several Democrats in Congress are leaning towards allowing for an extension in the roll out.. Owen’s says he’d like to wait to see where things are at the end of November when Healthcare.gov is expected to be ready for widespread use once again.
