Tupper Results Delayed – Littlefield Wins Supervisor Seat

An hour and a half past the closing of the polls and still no answer in Tupper Lake as to the outcome of the races there… Machine number three appeared to have broken down and election workers were coordinating with local Election Board representatives to identify the best course of action. Town of Tupper Lake Supervisor Roger Amell faced off in that race against Councilwoman Patricia Littlefield and it was late into the evening, in fact Wednesday Morning as we hear the final results – Challenger Patricia Littlefield will become Tupper Lake’s new Town Supervisor…Littlefield received the nod with 62% of the voters… Roger Amell received 508 votes and Littlefield received 819 total votes…  Mike Dechene received the most votes among those on the ballot for the 4 year town council seats in the Town of Tupper Lake… with 766 Votes, John Quinn received 710 votes, Donald Drew 491 and Sabrina Shipman 458…    Among those running for the 2 year unexpired term in Tupper Lake, Kathy Lefebvre received 833 votes and Eric Shaheen 394…
