K&J – Election Day

VOTEElection Day across the country and there is national attention being paid to the governor’s race. In New Jersey, Republican Governor Chris Christie is a heavy favorite to win election to a second term. Recent Polls show Christie’s lead in double digits. His opponent, Democrat Barbara Buono says Christie is more interested in being President that Governor. The Governor’s Race in Virginia has a wealthy friend of the Clintons campaigning on his behalf. Terry McCauliff also has the support of President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden. In Colorado, voters will set a tax rate for marijuana and voters in Washington are voting on an initiative that would require labeling for products made with genetically altered crops. Locally we hear one final word from candidates in the Town of Harrietstown and the race for the Supervisor’s job in Tupper Lake heats up. Listen for all of this in the K&J show today..
