The Board is heading to a public hearing to discuss the change from an elected assessor to an appointed assessor which requires a new law – It’s planned for Tuesday, February 11th at 6pm.. Following the public hearing, the board will most likely decide whether or not to convert the position from an elected position to the appointed position..
