K&J – Broadband Survey Continues in Harrietstown / Franklin

Today we head to the Supervisors office in the Town of Harrietstown for an in depth look at how access to the internet can have a profound effect on a population base..  In Franklin County, The Town of Harrietstown and the Town of Franklin are engaged in reaching out to their population base.. Asking residents to participate in a survey of broadband use and availability through the region…  Our Panel consists of Franklin County Legislator Barb Rice, Harrietstown Supervisor Bob Bevilacqua, Town of Franklin Supervisor Art Willman, and Dave Wolff, who is a board member for ADK Action and comes to the table with 31 years of consulting experience at IBM. We’re also joined at the table by Doctor Diane Latinsky who is the director of the Business Management and entrepreneurship programs at Paul Smith’s College..  We Begin with legislator Barb Rice, whose been spearheading the program..
