Cuomo Supports National Popular Vote

New York State becomes the latest in a movement supporting a national popular vote as Governor Cuomo signs the legislation into law. The National Popular Vote movement is an interstate effort to guarantee the Presidency to the candidate who receives the most popular votes in the entire United States. By signing the bill Governor Cuomo says New York State will award its electoral votes to the winner of the popular vote.
