Flood Warnings Continue for Low Lying Areas

A Flood warning continues for low lying areas in New York and Vermont… Especially for Lake Champlain at Rouses Point and points along the Saranac River.. Plattsbrugh DPW Superintendent Mike Brody says the worst spot in the city is Heritage Trail behind the College.. “It’s important to remember that if rapidly flowing water catches you off guard you could be done.. so be careful and stay away from flood prone areas and be sure to obey all road closure signs, they’re there for your safety and do not attempt to drive through flooded areas..”
