Today: Spreading the Word About Bicycle Safety

The SAFE Kids Adirondack F.U.N. Ride is Today… Volunteers are biking throughout the North Country and making stops at  Northern Adirondack,  Mooers, Rouses Point, Chazy and Cumberland Head elementary schools. While there, Officer Bob Light from SUNY Plattsburgh will talk about bike safety and students will be fitted for a free helmet.  The Event is sponsored by the Foundation of CVPH and it’s expected that 488 students will benefit from this year’s program. SAFE Kids Adirondack is a coalition of community groups working to prevent unintentional injuries in children.
