Time Warner Cable’s Rick Knapton says the video recording from the afternoon is being converted to DVD and will be re-aired a little later in the evening than originally hoped.. but it will be on the air and rotate through the night and into the morning once it begins.. The conversion to DVD may take a little time so the first viewing may not begin until about 8 or 9pm..
