The City Council approved a partnership between SUNY and the DPW to install special Table Top Crosswalks on Rugar Street which will make the crossings more visible and at the same time slow traffic in that corridor…

One of the Summer Activities at SUNY Plattsburgh that we didn’t mention is Reunion 2014 honoring graduates from class years ending in 4 and 9.. This year’s event mirrors the Mayor’s Cup activities from July 10th through the 13th..

The event will feature a riverside picnic with michigans and music along the Saranac Trail; local wine and beer tastings; a Red and White Night reception on the John and Mary Hopkins rooftop terrace of the new business and economics building; a bus tour with Vice President Emeritus for Student Affairs Bill Laundry; and more.

While the events are designed to honor the five and 10 anniversary years, Director of Alumni Relations Joanne Nelson says all alumni should register and participate in Friday night’s Reunion barbecue at the Naked Turtle, Saturday’s picnic and the Red and White Night reception.

We’ve posted registration information and a full schedule of events on our website at WNBZ.com
