Brooklyn Man Arrested on Heroine Charges in Plattsburgh

On September 18, 2014, the Adirondack Drug Task Force arrested Michael B. McDonald, age 21, of Brooklyn, New York, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree.  McDonald was arrested subsequent to Vehicle and Traffic stop by the New York State Police, on Margaret Street in the city of Plattsburgh.  He was found in possession of approximately 254 wax envelopes of heroin. He was arraigned in the City…
