Lake Placid Mayor, Village Board Seats Up for Election  The election season in Lake Placid is heating up even though the next village election is still more than three months away.  Three Lake Placid men announced their bid Sunday to run together for three positions that will be on the ballot – the seat of Village Mayor Jamie Rogers and the trustee seats currently held by Pat Gallagher and Paul Strack.  (click here for the story)
