Saranac Lake Village Police arrested a
25-year-old woman yesterday at 9:43 p.m. Kathleen A. Colby was taken
into custody on a warrant for stealing money and a cell phone
charger from another person’s residence. She’s been charged with one
count of petit larceny. Colby was arraigned in village court and
released to appear at a later date.
