Bike Race Planned in SL
Downtown This Summer
The Saranac Lake Village Board has given preliminary
approval for a bicycle race in the downtown this summer.
Hal Schmidt and other members of Team Placid Planet, a local
bicycle racing club, made a presentation to the village
board Monday night.
The first annual Saranac
Lake Downtown Criterium would take place Sunday, June 14.
