Hunter Shot and Killed in Keene   State Police say a hunter from Elizabethtown was shot and killed after he was mistaken for a deer by another member of his hunting party.   An investigation found that during a deer drive, 43 year-old Michael M. Smith of Lake Placid shot at what he thought was a deer and struck 35 year-old Leo J. Hickey in the head, killing him.  (click here for more)
