Advent Animal Blessing Service – First Presbyterian Church

Tradition tells us that barnyard animals were the first to welcome the Christ Child. In celebration of God’s gift of creation and the animals that are precious to us, the First Presbyterian Church, located at 57 Church Street, Saranac Lake, NY is holding its first Advent Animal Blessing service on Sunday, December 9 at 3:00 pm in the Great Hall. All animals and animal lovers are welcome. Animal Trainer Debbie Kreider will share a presentation on the ministry of therapy dogs. A free will offering will benefit the Tri-Lakes Humane Society.
