Steven Leveston, MD, CVPH endocrinologist, will present Strategies for Diabetes Care in Underserved/Rural Regions Wednesday, Nov. 7 as part of the CVPH Community Lecture Series. The free program will take place at 6 p.m. at the West Side Ballroom, 253 New York Road, Plattsburgh.
Diabetes care in underserved and rural regions provides unique challenges to the delivery of diabetes care. Yet, at the same time, these challenges create opportunities to develop a new paradigm of quality care in a cost conscious environment. Come meet one of the newest members of the CVPH Medical Staff and the only endocrinologist practicing in the Plattsburgh community.
RSVP by calling the CVPH Public Relations Office at 562-7320 or go online to www.cvph.org and register in the upcoming events section.
The CVPH Community Lecture Series is sponsored by the Foundation of CVPH.
