The K&J Show – airs every weekday at 8:12 am during “The Morning News” Simulcast on ROCK105, WNBZ, and Time Warner Cable Channel 2. Listen every day at 8:10, and again at 3:06pm during the Three O’Clock News in the Afternoon on WNBZ. At the “Top of the Hour” CBS News Correspondent Steve Kathen  anchors “The World News Roundup.” The Roundup is followed by the local weather forecast and then “The K&J Show”

The Morning News is Simulcast every Weekday on AM 920 (WIRD Lake Placid) and 1240 WNBZ (Saranac Lake) and ROCK105 (WLPW-FM Lake Placid at 105.5fm and WRGR-FM Tupper Lake at 102.1fm) and Time Warner Cable Channel 2. The K&J show – Monday Through Friday during “The Morning News”

The program includes conversations with local officials, business leaders, volunteers in the community, sports enthusiasts, environmentalists, advocates, and others including in some cases, experts on topics affecting the community and our surrounding areas.
