The Franklin County Legislature today will hear from North Country Community College President Dr. Steven Tyrell. The college is presenting it’s annual budget proposal during a scheduled budget hearing in Malone. The $14.6 Million budget crossed the first hurdle in Essex County recently. The Trudeau Institute has announced the appointment of Timothy J. Sellati as an associate member of the faculty, effective July 27. Dr. Sellati, an expert in a number of microbial diseases is presently associate professor in the Center for Immunology and Microbial Disease at Albany Medical College.
