Fishing for the Mission – Ice Fishing Benefits North Country Mission of Hope.

It looks like the weather is going to be perfect for The 6th Annual North Country Mission of Hope Fishing for the Mission ice Fishing Derby.. The event is being held today on Chazy Lake and on Chateguay Lake until 3pm with registration at the Chazy Lake Boat Launch. Plattsburgh City Councilman Paul OConnell has been helping to organize this event since it’s inception. “Everyone can participate, there are entries for all levels and we have door prizes for everyone who enters including a four hour fishing trip with one of the pros on Lake Champlain.” all of the proceeds from the event will benefit the North Country Mission of Hope..
