Boil Water Order Issued for Olive Street in Saranac Lake

Residents of Olive Street from Sumner to Williams, Leona and Olive Street from Williams to 92 Olive are under a boil water order this morning.. The Boil Water order is being issued as a precaution because a water main break interrupted the water service and caused low water line pressures throughout the distribution system.. That means there’s a possibility that contamination may have been able to enter the distribution system.
