Paris Jackson has openly discussed her perforated septum condition, which she attributes to previous drug use. The 27-year-old daughter of Michael Jackson shared details in a social media video this week, explaining the audible whistling sound when she breathes through her nose. "I have what is called a perforated septum, slightly different from a deviated septum. And that is, um, it's what you think it's from. Don't do drugs, kids," Jackson said in the clip. Jackson, who is nearly six years sober, revealed she won't pursue corrective surgery because it would require taking prescription pills. "I don't want to get plastic surgery to fix this because I'm almost six years sober and you have to take pills when you do a surgery that gnarly and I don't fu-k with that," she explained. Jackson has lived with the condition since age 20. (Story URL)
