Chip Cummings Field, home of the Plattsburgh State Cardinal baseball team, is set to receive a major facelift. The Cardinals' home field will transition from grass to a state-of-the-art, infield and outfield artificial turf, with a project slated to begin this spring and be completed by Summer 2026.
