Beekmantown trailed the visiting Cougars 20-0 in the first half before scoring just before the end of the stanza, to make the score 20-7. The Lady Eagles then scored twice to tie the score 20-20 with 3:35 to go. Emily Burke then made a huge defensive play with 35 seconds left as she recorded a safety to lift the regular season champs to the 22-20 victory. Saranac defeated Moriah 31-7 in the other matchup. Saranac and Btown will play Thursday evening at 6:30, in Clintonville, for all the marbles.
