In honor of Earth Day, Plattsburgh is coordinating a community-wide clean up day -- Get outside in your neighborhood, local park, downtown district or city beach! Trash bags, gloves and organic waste bags will be available at City Hall and Town Hall from 9AM-10AM -- Clean up participants can drop off their trash at the following locations for pick up: City Hall (41 City Hall Place) -- Town Hall (151 Banker Road) -- Melissa Penfield Park -- City Beach -- Peter Blumette Park
