  Cooper Holland was the pitching star for Plattsburgh in their 7-0 win, following up Rios' performance on Tuesday at Moriah, which was a 3-0 win.

  The NCCS Cougars defeated the Saranac Spartans 14-2 to continue their impressive season so far. I had a chance to chat with Northeastern Clinton coach Jeff Norton after the game.

About Steve Criss

Steve grew up right here in the North Country, graduating from Beekmantown High School ('84).  Steve has always had a dream of being on the radio and has broadcast live local sports for over half a decade!  Now, Steve doesn't have to stay in his own lane, and he's bringing Criss on Sports to NBZ-FM!

Steve, and his wife Nina, reside in Beekmantown with their three dogs, and are proud parents of two sons and two daughters.  Hunter, Ryan, Gretchen and Rachel are in their early twenties, and are enjoying strong starts in their respective careers!
