Rouses Point Man Arrested on Bench Warrant

The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested 28 year old Robert W. Syman of Rouses Point on a bench warrant issued by Plattsburgh City Court. Investigators say Syman failed to appear for a scheduled court date. He was arraigned and sent to the Clinton County Correctional Facility with bail set at one-thousand dollars cash.
