Jonasson sued in 2023, alleging Diesel sexually assaulted her in his Atlanta hotel suite during 2010 Fast Five filming, then had his sister fire her hours later after nine days of employment. Jonasson's attorneys plan to appeal, stating "The Court did not decide anything about the truth of Ms. Jonasson's allegations" and called it "a legal technicality."
