AI excels at locating lowest prices (38 percent), product links (37 percent), and brainstorming gifts (35 percent). Black Friday participation increased to 62 percent from 55 percent in 2022, while Cyber Monday dropped to 56 percent from 66 percent. Expected Black Friday spending rose to $449 from $423 last year.
