Generation Z has identified constantly replying "lol" as a major phone turnoff, according to a poll of 2,000 people. Late replies also top the list of phone icks, along with playing loud videos in public, and excessive emojis. A substantial 58% of Gen Z admit they've considered ending relationships over poor phone etiquette, while 56% judge others based on emoji choices. The poop emoji ranks as most cringe-worthy at 29%, followed by the monkey covering eyes emoji at 26%. Other major irritants include sending question marks after two minutes without response, keeping keyboard sounds on, and using thumbs-up emojis. Still, 79% admit ignoring messages intentionally.
