A recent survey of 2,000 parents with children aged 11 to 17 revealed that 70% are worried about their kids' social media use and screen time. Interestingly, 71% of parents also admit to spending excessive time on their own screens. The study found that 68% of parents feel it's increasingly challenging to find quality time to spend with their children due to factors like device usage, social media, and busy schedules. Despite this, 60% acknowledge scrolling social media excessively. To address this issue, 69% of parents expressed a desire to reconnect with their families, with 48% planning to take more holidays this year. (Talkingpoints)
