Workers averaged saying "That can wait until next year" sixteen times already this month. December 15 emerged as the acceptable date to ease workplace intensity, though 11% preferred December 24. Younger employees showed stronger tendencies toward holiday slowdown, with 54% of Gen Z and 48% of millennials seeking reduced workloads. This drops to 44% for Gen X and 37% for baby boomers.
