Other popular uses include meal planning, weekly shopping, and booking holidays. Currently, 76% already use AI technology, with 15% using it daily. While 74% feel confident understanding AI, attitudes vary with 21% worried about the technology, 32% curious but cautious, and 20% excited and optimistic.
