A survey of 1,000 U.S. fathers over 30 found that 92% recognize a connection between their exhaustion and hormone health. The study revealed dads feel depleted by household tasks (54%), exercise (50%), and work (50%). Men regularly experience stress (54%) and fatigue (49%), with many citing low motivation (42%) and depression (36%). Fathers diagnosed with low testosterone struggle more with daily fatigue (65% vs. 33%) and depression (50% vs. 22%) than undiagnosed dads. Among those treated, 65% reported increased energy and 74% said healthy hormone levels made them more patient with family. (Story URL)
