Despite the disappointing year, 38 percent are setting goals for 2026, averaging six resolutions each. Saving money and getting more exercise tied as top priorities at 45 percent each, followed by improving physical health at 41 percent. Younger generations blame lack of money for failing to meet goals, while baby boomers cite lack of willpower.
