US News and World Report took a look at data from 150 major American cities to determine which offer the best quality of life. Naples tops the list with its "pristine beaches, sprawling golf courses, and fine dining and shopping." Boise, Idaho; Colorado Springs, Colorado; and Virginia Beach, Virginia also rank within the top 10. San Juan, Puerto Rico; Detroit; Michigan; and Hartford; Connecticut are at the bottom of the list.
