Airport Emergency Drill

Lots of emergency vehicles and personnel will present at the Plattsburgh airport on Saturday.

If you're near the Plattsburgh International Airport Saturday you’ll likely see emergency vehicles and personnel—don’t worry, it’s just a drill!  The Plattsburgh International Airport will be conducting a full-scale emergency exercise.  According to Airport officials, local Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement agencies will be onsite participating in a realistic emergency simulation. The training is intended to help ensure the airport and first responders are ready to act quickly and effectively in a real emergency.
