The date of a public hearing regarding a weapons test range in the Adirondack Park has been changed.
A Public Hearing on a Howitzer Testing range application has been moved to later this month according to the Adirondack Park Agency. Administrative Law Judge David Greenwood issued an Order to adjourn the hearing scheduled for today and move it to February 25th. The hearing session involves a request for a weapons testing range for howitzer cannon barrels over a 5-year period. The hearing will be held at Adirondack Park Agency Headquarters on Route 86 in Ray Brook and will begin at 10:00 A.M. Remote access information will be provided ahead of the hearing on the APA website.
