The hearing for a Howitzer test range application has been moved again it's now scheduled for April.
A Public Hearing on a Howitzer Test range application has been moved again. It was scheduled for February 25th but was moved to April according to the Adirondack Park Agency. Administrative Law Judge David Greenwood issued an Order to adjourn the hearing scheduled for tomorrow and move it to April 22nd. That's the second time the hearing date has been changed. The hearing session involves a request for a weapons testing range for howitzer cannon barrels over a 5-year period. The hearing will be held at Adirondack Park Agency Headquarters on Route 86 in Ray Brook and will begin at 10:00 A.M. Remote access information will be provided ahead of the hearing on the APA website.
