The search started last April and ended Wednesday with the arrest of a Ticonderoga Man.

A Ticonderoga man wanted for attempted murder who police have been looking for since April has been arrested according to the Ticonderoga Police Department.  Police Chief, Adam Hurlburt, said 29-year-old Jaccob T Sawyer was taken into custody Wednesday by the Tri-County SRT, now known as the Northern Regional Special Response Team.  Following his arrest Sawyer was taken to the Essex County Jail pending arraignment.  Additionally, Chief Hurlburt reports that the suspect’s mother, Sharri L.
