Disabled Veteran Owned Cert.

A North Country Veteran owned business has been certified by the state Office of General Services.

Grobiotics, located in Saranac Lake, recently received NY State’s service-disabled, Veteran-Owned business certification according to the office of General Services.  The company is described as a cannabis micro dispensary in the news release from OGS.  The Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development was created in 2014.  The purpose is to encourage the participation of certified businesses in NYS public procurements and to foster economic development.  1,382 businesses have been certified.
