The Inspector General's office released a set of investigative letters to state agencies detailing findings.

State Inspector General, Lucy Lang, said the “investigations tackle issues — large and small — that affect public trust.”  The office says this is the first time these type of documents have been made available to the public.  The redacted letters provide a look into the oversight performed by the Office of Inspector General.
