Emergency Communications

Clinton County is one of 17 Counties that will get money to enhance public safety communications.

Clinton County will receive $3-million dollars to improve emergency communications for first responders.  Specifically, the grant money will be used to expand and enhance the County’s public safety communications network.  Two new radio sites will be developed, and a system core will be replaced. The State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services will administer the funding.
