Plattsburgh Mayor Wendell Hughes announced the winner of this year's Mayor's Cup logo contest at a press conference on Friday. Chelsea Corbel, a senior from the Saranac School district, took the top prize. She was one of five finalists from the CV-TEC Digital Production and Multimedia Communications program. This year's Mayor's Cup event is scheduled for Saturday July 12th.
