A cancer survivor nutrition series will be offered in March by the FitzPatrick Cancer Center at CVPH. The Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training, known as MB-EAT, is an eight-week series that begins on March 12th and is free for all cancer survivors. Developed by leading behavioral health specialists, MB-EAT is an evidence-based program that employs mindfulness meditation, experiential eating exercises, self-reflection and traditional education practices to establish a balanced approach to nourishment.
