The former Nova Bus facility came to life once again as Micro Bird officially opened for business.

The Governor, local leaders and company executives officially opened Micro Bird’s new manufacturing plant in Plattsburgh located at the former Nova Bus facility on Banker Road.  The new facility will build both electric and non-electric small and mid-sized school and commercial buses.  State officials say the plant represents a $38 million investment in capital expenses and estimates it will create 350 full-time jobs over five years.
